Unravelling.

Empty tin can in the street,

Steer clear of the car,

Broken and beat,

It could’ve gone far.

____________________

The places it could go,

Endless Possibilities,

The things it could know,

With all of its facilities.

Doubt came to pass,

I might not like it there,

Hurt from broken glass,

People might just stare.

They won’t possibly understand,

I know it was happening,

Talk gets the backhand,

And I start unravelling.
